Hi folks, Jacek Laskowski and Eugene Czech here of Precision Electronics Enclosures Pty Ltd. We have some terms of use for our site that you should be aware of and we've done our best to lay them out clearly and succinctly for you here, hopefully freeing you more time for to chat to us about your next fabrication project.

First off, your use of our site indicates your acceptance of these terms below, so don't use the site if you don't agree to be bound by these terms. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed and will be interpreted in accordance with English Law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Force Majeure

Events outside of Precision Electronics Enclosures' control which are not reasonably foreseeable shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Precision Electronics Enclosures is released from all obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and produces, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Payment

All products remain Precision Electronics Enclosures' property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

All transfers conducted through the Precision Electronics Enclosures website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
