The company is led by Imran, owner of Precision Electronic Enclosures and a Mechanical Engineering professional with over 20 years of industry experience in manufacturing, product design, and precision engineering.

Working alongside Imran is Jacek, the previous director of Precision Electronic Enclosures, who now continues to support the business as an assistant designer/manager. After many years of building the company’s reputation for high-quality sheet metal fabrication, Jacek now shares his extensive knowledge and practical experience while gradually working towards retirement.

Together, their combined expertise ensures Precision Electronic Enclosures continues to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and reliable manufacturing services.

From Concept to CAD Design

Experienced designers like Imran and Jacek can start drafting new sheet metal components directly in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software such as SolidWorks. However, many projects begin in a much more practical way.

Often the design process starts at the workbench, surrounded by existing components, previous versions of the product, sketches, or even handmade mock-ups. This hands-on approach allows us to understand how a product works in real-world conditions before translating it into detailed digital designs.

Once the concept is clear, the design is developed in CAD software, allowing precise measurements, structural analysis, and preparation for efficient manufacturing.

Working with Your Designs

If you already have CAD drawings or design files, we are always happy to receive them. Many of our customers are engineers, designers, or product developers who provide digital files ready for production.

However, whether the design comes from you or is developed by our team, we carefully review it and suggest improvements where possible. With the combined experience of Imran and Jacek, we can often optimise designs for:

Prototyping and Product Development

Once the design is finalised, we quickly produce a physical prototype of your sheet metal product. Prototypes allow both our team and our customers to see and test the product in real-world conditions.

Every prototype is carefully inspected and reviewed to ensure it meets your expectations. If something needs adjusting, we work closely with you to refine the design until the final result is exactly right.

Third-Party Testing and Certification

Some products require testing by independent laboratories before they can be released to market. These tests may evaluate factors such as:

When required, Precision Electronic Enclosures can manage the entire testing process, including delivering prototypes to testing facilities and retrieving them once testing is complete. We can also communicate directly with testing engineers if technical clarification is required.

Once you are completely satisfied with the prototype and any testing requirements are complete, your product moves into full-scale manufacturing.

Using advanced CNC punching, press brake bending, deburring, and finishing equipment, we produce high-quality sheet metal components for a wide range of industries.
